Who we are

Trivonix is an engineering and clean energy solutions company. We work across renewable energy, EV charging infrastructure and industrial EPC — three markets that look separate from the outside and turn out, from an engineering desk, to be the same discipline applied to different loads.

The company was built around a specific observation: the energy transition is generating an enormous volume of infrastructure, and a significant share of it is being installed by organisations whose core competence is sales rather than engineering. The result is assets that work on day one and disappoint by year five — undersized cabling, uncoordinated protection, no commissioning baseline, and documentation that was never really assembled.

We exist to do that work properly. Not faster, not cheaper than everyone, but properly — with the calculations retained, the tests recorded, and the drawings reflecting what was actually built.

  • Engineer first — every project begins with survey data and calculations, not a product recommendation.
  • Own the whole chain — design, procurement, construction and commissioning under one accountable scope.
  • Document completely — measured test values, as-built drawings and O&M records issued as a matter of course.
  • Design for the operator — access, spares and serviceability considered while they are still cheap to change.
  • Say the difficult thing early — a project that should not proceed is better stopped at feasibility than at commissioning.

How we are different

Most companies in this sector originate either as equipment suppliers who added installation, or as electrical contractors who added solar. Both routes leave a gap: the first tends to be weak on engineering, the second on energy modelling and long-horizon asset thinking.

Independent on equipment

We do not manufacture, and we are not tied to a single vendor. Specification is driven by the site's conditions — ambient temperature, corrosivity, load profile, grid characteristics — and by what the client will have to live with for twenty-five years.

Commissioning as a discipline

Commissioning is resourced and programmed as its own workstream, not compressed into the final week of construction. The test pack that results is the asset's performance baseline and the only credible reference for judging it later.

Willing to scope down

If a smaller piece of work answers the client's question, we propose the smaller piece. An energy audit that redirects capital from generation to efficiency is a better outcome than a solar plant sized against the wrong load.

Cross-disciplinary by design

A fleet depot needs charging infrastructure, a load study, possibly generation and certainly a protection review. We can hold all of those in one scope, which is the only way the interfaces between them get engineered rather than assumed.

What we work on

Our work divides into three connected practices, each with its own dedicated service pages covering scope, method and typical applications.

  • Renewable energy — solar EPC, rooftop installations, ground-mounted and utility scale power plants, equipment supply, and portfolio-level clean energy planning.
  • EV infrastructure — charging station construction, charger specification and supply, multi-site network planning, and ongoing maintenance of charging assets.
  • Engineering services — industrial EPC delivery, plant electrical engineering, detailed design, independent consultancy, installation and commissioning.

How we work with clients

Our engagements tend to start in one of three ways: a client with a defined project seeking a contractor, a client with a problem seeking a diagnosis, or an owner needing independent technical representation on someone else's project. All three are welcome, and they call for genuinely different responses.

What is consistent is the sequence. We survey before we design, we design before we procure, and we test before we hand over. Where a client's timeline compresses one of those stages, we say what risk that creates and let them decide with the information in front of them.

What kind of company is Trivonix?

An engineering and clean energy solutions company. We are an engineering business rather than an equipment reseller, which is why our proposals lead with calculations rather than product lists.

What areas does Trivonix serve?

We work across India, with project teams mobilised to site for the duration of construction and commissioning. Where a project sits outside our normal operating area, we say so at enquiry stage rather than stretching to cover it.

Does Trivonix manufacture its own equipment?

No — and that is deliberate. We specify and procure equipment against the requirements of each site, which means we can recommend the component that suits the project rather than the one we happen to hold stock of. Independence at the specification stage is worth more to a client than a manufacturing margin.

How is Trivonix structured across its three service areas?

Renewable energy, EV infrastructure and engineering services operate as connected disciplines rather than separate silos, sharing a common design office and commissioning capability. That structure exists because the problems overlap — a fleet depot needs charging, generation and a load study, and splitting those across three companies is how interfaces get dropped.

Can Trivonix work alongside our existing contractors?

Yes. We regularly work as one package within a larger project, or as owner's engineer overseeing others. In either case we define the interface boundaries in writing at the outset, because unowned interfaces are the most reliable source of project disputes.
